The Founders

Zack Brueckman
"I was confused and angry watching the rights of individuals being stripped away solely based on political talking points and culture war fodder. So I decided the best response was not to destroy, but build. Build a place of both equity and safety, allowing anyone who feels marginalized, to build themselves to become healthier not only in body but mind as well."
Zach Dunbar
"It is unacceptable to me that my LGBT+ and marginalized friends, family, and community have seen their civil and human rights stripped away by fringe groups and misguided, close-minded people. I noticed that gym culture in particular can be especially toxic and misogynistic. That didn't sit right with me, as I'm passionate about powerlifting and want it to be as inclusive a sport as possible. I found that the best way to accomplish that is to build our own community, where everyone is safe to lift, get healthy, and feel comfortable in their own skin."
